Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy I value your time and mine — thank you for respecting my schedule and other clients. 🕓 Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in being charged the full session price, unless due to genuine illness or emergency. 🎁 Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable. If you cancel or don’t show up without 24 hours’ notice, the session will be counted as used.
